Who is responsible for your data?

The company NLC (SIREN 102962008, Montreuil, France), which operates DAR TISLIT, is the data controller. Contact: contact@dartislit.com.

What data do we collect?

When you join the waiting list: your first name, age, gender, country and email.

Optionally, after signing up: the city or region of Morocco your family comes from. This information may reveal an origin: it is voluntary and only stored if you answer, with your explicit consent.

The waiting list pages use no audience-measurement or advertising cookies.

Why?

Only to let you know, with a single email, when the service opens in your country, and to measure interest by country so we can decide where to open first. We do not use this data for any other purpose and we do not sell it.

On what legal basis?

Your consent (box ticked when you sign up). For the optional question about origin, your explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

For how long?

Until the service opens in your country and no longer than 24 months after you sign up, or until you withdraw if that happens sooner.

Who has access?

The DAR TISLIT team and the technical providers strictly necessary: website hosting, database and email delivery. If any of them is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@dartislit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or with the data protection authority of your country.

Minors

Registration is reserved for people aged 18 and over. When an age under 18 is entered, no data is kept.
